We are small and pre-launch, so the board is short and it is honest: if a job is not listed, we are not hiring for it today. That is not the same as not wanting to hear from you.

If you have read what we are building and want to be part of it, send this. We keep open applications for twelve months and we go back to them first when something opens up.

A CV, or the profile that stands in for one.

02A conversation. If it looks like a fit, a call about what you have done and what we are building. No trick questions.
03Real work. A practical session on a problem close to the job, paid if it takes real time. We do not set homework we would not do ourselves.
04An answer. A decision in writing either way, including when it is no. Silence is not a hiring process.
